ADB 空手道の生き方 is a traditional physical training and self-defence training school. And our mission is to continue helping those who are dealing with bullies, confidence issues, health problems, domestic violence. We motivate & inspire people to be a better version of themselves every day.
We focus training in traditional and dynamic way, and our training drills are -
Traditional self-defense training, bodyweight training, animals walks, basic & dynamic warm-up workout, mobility, stability and balance training, upper body workouts, lower body workouts and Core & back core workouts, speed training, agility training, stretching and change of direction training, Fighters workouts, fighter's punch drills, fighters elbow drill, fighters knee and kick drills, grounding fight drills, body conditioning exercise, sparring drills & KATA, fighters foot drills, weapons training, cardio training, power and weight training etc.

先生について- About Sensei Apurba ADB
Sensei Apurba ADB is one of the finest Instructor and coach with over 15 years of experience in physical training and self-defense training. Sensei Apurba ADB has owned adbkate.com / ADB 空手道の生き方and founded his school in the year of 2017. Since then, sensei has given training on his own methods and in a very dynamic and effective way.
Sensei Apurba ADB has secured 4th Dan Black Belt in Okinawa Shorin Ryu Style from Japan, Okinawa. He was state chief instructor of west bengal and senior examiner, national judge and referee and former member of KAI, KAB, WKF.
Sensei was associated with japan goju ryu karate do ichiryu-kai as a state representative of west bengal and also was a member of international karate do bubishi federation.
Sensei organized many District, State and National level tournament and throughout India many karateka became Black Belt under his guidance and training. He was National Champion and Gold Medalist.
Always he is making people better version of them and now Sensei Apurba ADB wanted to do somethings new by his own and ADB 空手道の生き方 school has began.
